| Appointment/House Calls |
| Emergencies are always given first priority. To enable us to provide the best service, appointments are preferred. We are happy to accommodate walk-ins, but wait time may occur. Established clients are welcome to utilize our convenient Pet Pick-up and Delivery Service. House calls are available by appointment. |
| Vaccine Requirements |
| All Boarding and Grooming patients are required to be up to date on all vaccinations (Distemper/Parvo, Rabies, Bordatella, and Canine Influenza)and a fecal exam in the last 6 months. |
| Payments |
| APAH accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Personal checks, and Care Credit. For more information and to apply for Care Credit online, please go to www.CareCredit.com |
| Missed or Cancelled Appointment |
| Please contact our office in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. We would like to have the option to offer the appointment to another patient who needs to see the doctor. If a courtesy call of cancellation is not received prior to the appointment time, there will be a $25.00 fee billed to your account to cover the overhead costs of providing that appointment. |
| Returned Checks |
| There is a return check fee of $25.00 for any returned checks to APAH. |
| Emergency |
| Our doctors and staff provide 24 hour emergency care for your pets. All after hours calls are sent directly to our on call service that will contact a doctor for all your emergency needs. Fees and charges are standard for coming in after hours, and a detailed estimate of the doctors suggestions will be provided for approval. |
